Google’s Gmail has today introduced a new feature that replies to your emails automatically, saving time for users who receive too much email. Based on what appears to be a neural networking engine – Cognitive Autoheuristic Distributed-Intelligence Entity (CADIE) – Autopilot’s email responses can be adjusted for tone, typo propensity, brevity and preferred punctuation. Gmail AutoPilot would seem to mark an unbelieveable leap forward for email efficiency.
